Why do we need to adjust our body structure?

Why do we need to adjust our body structure?
The human body is created to wonderfully support the various conditions of life. Even though it may be disturbed by the surrounding environment, our body can cope with even severe disturbances and fully recover. To do so, however, our bodies must be balanced. When all systems function effectively, they will be able to withstand and bounce back from external negative influences on our lives.

On the other hand, if our bodies are imbalanced and irregular conditions set in, the problems may arise not only to the affected area, but also spread widely through the whole system. A well-balanced body structure consists of all body functions working together to support the healthy lifestyle of an individual.

The most essential part of having good, effective body functioning is the brain. The brain is the organ which controls the whole body's functioning. It does this by using nerves to transfer orders through the spinal cord which then get circulated on to surrounding areas through the muscles, joints, and to all parts of the body.

For the above reasons, we can notice that the nerves are the order carriers to the body functioning system. That is, the nervous system is one of the most essential parts of the body. The doorways of the nerves align with the spinal column, so if the spinal column isn't in the normal position, the brain order transfer will be impeded.

Body structure disorders such as crookedness, bends, a hunched back or a misaligned spinal column will affect the nerve pathways. If a part of the nerve path is pressed, it may not be readily felt or noticed. It is only as the condition worsens that we may feel the symptoms. If we have the opportunity to know beforehand that our spinal column structure is starting to change or is in disorder, we can and should prevent the changes from increasing further. If it gets more serious, we should find the solution to adjust and recover the integrity of the spinal column's structure before health problems occur.

Body Structure Adjustment is the alignment of the spinal column to be in good and balanced order. Our body structure adjustment procedure tunes the muscle systems of the body to be in a balanced condition, from left to right and from front to back. Whenever the muscle groups are in a balanced condition, positive effects will radiate to the spinal column, allowing it to be in a balanced condition as well.

The Body Structure Adjustment procedure starts with detoxification via perspiration and use of the Far Infrared System. This relaxes all the body's muscles, improves blood circulation, encourages new cell formation, and stimulates the proper functioning of internal organs. Deep muscle relaxation is induced with our unique techniques involving physical therapy equipment to make the tissues around the spinal column more flexible. This directly strengthens the muscles, reduces muscle contraction and shrinkage, and regenerates the spinal column to have better movement and an overall improved condition. In addition, our center provides a 'Proper Daily Posture' program to instill proper sitting, standing, walking and sleeping to help you maintain a healthy body structure.

The Benefits of Body Structure Adjustment When our body structure or spinal column is in a normal condition, all internal body systems will function efficiently - leading to a healthy body and wholesome mind.

A Body Structure Evaluation will help you to understand your spinal column structure compared to normal structure conditions. Muscle contraction and exhaustion of the shoulders, shoulder blades, pelvis, buttocks, legs, knees and feet are monitored. If imbalance happens anywhere, changes and disorders in the spinal column will occur.

The comprehensive Body Structure Evaluation provides a direct and detailed method to evaluate the spinal column structure. It is conducted by taking full images capturing the structure of each part of the body - from head to toe. The images are analyzed by physical therapists to evaluate the balances of your spine and how it affects the internal systems of your body. If disorders are found, analysis will be conducted to determine how to fix them or take preventive measures to decrease impact on the body structure so that you can retain a normal body structure balance.
